Harry Potter, beachy weekends, and major confusion

It's been a while since I've posted, but I've been pretty busy lately. It's been mostly work these days, but on Thursday I went to the midnight premiere of The Deathly Hallows: Part 2! I dressed up with my friend Kelcey and her family. Kelcey and I saw it in 3D and got special Harry Potter glasses. It was totally worth going to see since it was the last premiere for Harry Potter. The movie itself was awesome, albeit emotional. Waking up that morning for work was not so pleasant, though.

I also managed to get away this weekend! Spencer and I went to the beach on Saturday and planned to have a little daycation. We ended up meeting with my sister Danielle and our friend Nick and stayed with them for another day! Even though we both got some pretty nasty blisters and sunburns, we had a great time. :)
Putting all the fun aside, I've been really thinking a lot lately about my major in college. Right now I am an Elementary Education major, and I haven't been so sure that it's really the major I want to stick with. I've thought about switching over to Early Childhood Development instead, but that might be a bad idea to switch since I already have so many credits for Elementary Education. Then I thought that maybe I could double major, but that would cost a LOT of money and take a lot of time to do as well. I wish I knew that I would have so much trouble with deciding my future, but I guess that's life. It's so unpredictable, but you've got to make the best of uncertainty and hope you're making the right decisions.

This week is probably not going to be very exciting. I got a call this morning saying that there aren't going to be as many kids as usual coming in, so instead of working all week like I was supposed to, I'm only working on Wednesday and Friday. It kind of sucks since I need the money, but hopefully next week I'll be on the schedule a lot more. I'll probably end up crocheting a lot this weekend and making an etsy or something. I need that money! Especially if I'm going to be a double major... Eeep.
