I have a quiz tomorrow.

I've been trying to study all night, but I've come to a sad realization that it just isn't going to happen. The professor for this class is impossible to understand with his thick, Russian accent, so that is the main contributing factor to my lack of motivation for this class.

Instead of studying, I've been listening to Maroon 5. I've actually been listening to them a lot lately in the library when I'm doing work. I especially love Never Gonna Leave This Bed; it's probably the best song on their latest album.

Here's something exciting: I get to go home this weekend! I've missed my family quite a bit. We'll hopefully be celebrating Emily's birthday when I get home. I still can't believe she's going to be 18. Every time I look at her, I still see a little curly-headed cutie pie that I used to play Barbies with and write silly letters to. It's strange to think about these memories and realize how much time has really gone by. As sad as it is to think that we've all grown up so far past our childish innocence, it is truly a blessing to still have such a fantastic bond with my sisters. I don't know what I would do if I couldn't talk to them all of the time and reminisce about the ridiculous things we used to do as kids.

Even now with Josiah, I feel twice as blessed! To have yet another sibling in my life is almost as if God is saying, "Here you go! Have fun making more memories!" It sounds silly, but it's true! He has definitely created some of the most fun and crazy adventures in my life and I could not be happier to have a little brother that not only helps me relive my childhood through all of the stories I get to read to him, but also makes me overjoyed to be a part of a family that is so full of love.

So all I can say to you readers is this: Never take your family for granted. Let them know you love them every single day, and even when there happens to be bad times, always remember the good times. :)
